CLEARIAS JUNIOR · POLICIES & INFORMATION
Terms & Conditions
A clear understanding of enrolment, course use and responsibilities
Must read:
01 Agreement and responsible adult
These terms govern use of the ClearIAS Junior website and purchase or participation in the ClearIAS Junior Foundation Course provided by Clear100x, at A Street, Kanaka Nagar, Opposite Lok Bhavan, Kowdiar P.O, Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala, PIN – 695003. Where a learner is under 18, enrolment should be completed or authorised by a parent or lawful guardian who reviews the terms and assumes responsibility for appropriate supervision.
02 About the educational service
ClearIAS Junior is an online supplementary learning programme for students in Classes 3–12. It combines future-ready success skills, general knowledge and age-appropriate civil services awareness. It complements school education; it is not school-board tuition, a substitute for school, or a promise of future Civil Services examination success.
Course content, language, schedule, delivery method, pricing, inclusions and access period are described on the relevant product page and checkout. If an important commercial detail differs, the order confirmation and clearly disclosed checkout terms should be reviewed, subject to mandatory law.
03 Enrolment and account access
Parents should provide accurate contact and student details necessary for the course, protect login credentials and notify support of account-access problems. Account access is for the enrolled learner and should not be shared, resold or distributed without permission.
Access normally begins after a successful payment and account activation through the linked course platform. The currently advertised Foundation Course has one-year access from enrolment; any extension or renewal must follow the terms disclosed for that transaction. Automatic recurring billing is not assumed or authorised solely by these terms.
04 Price, discounts and payment
The currently displayed Junior Foundation Course offer is ₹14,999 for one year, with promotional discounts or instalment options only where offered and accepted by the payment system. Taxes, processing charges, coupons, instalment totals and all final payable amounts should be clearly shown before confirmation.
Do not rely on an old brochure or an unverified coupon as the basis of a purchase. An order is confirmed only once the payment platform records successful payment and the relevant purchase confirmation is issued.
05 Live sessions and recorded resources
The course currently describes Sunday interactive workshops (9:30–11:00 AM IST), recorded lessons and supporting materials. Session dates, content, faculty and learning activities may be adjusted when reasonably necessary. Students should receive appropriate notice of material changes through the course platform or registered contact channel.
Not every live interaction or workshop is necessarily recorded, and recordings may be edited or restricted for child privacy, safety or technical reasons. The specific recorded resources included are those made available in the enrolled course.
06 Fair participation and child safety
Participants should behave respectfully, avoid harassment or discriminatory content, and not share meeting links, personal information, photographs or recordings of other students without appropriate permission. Parents should support age-appropriate supervision. We may restrict access to an activity if required to protect other learners, investigate misuse or comply with law, while treating consumer rights fairly.
Read the Child Safety & Protection Policy for reporting routes and online-class conduct.
07 Intellectual property and permitted use
Course videos, notes, materials, tests, slides, branding and other resources are intended for the enrolled learner’s permitted personal educational use. Unless otherwise expressly permitted, copying, republishing, streaming publicly, sharing accounts, redistributing PDFs or commercially reusing content is not allowed.
Students retain their own rights in original work they submit, subject to any limited permission necessary for educational assessment or feedback and parental permissions where required.
08 Cancellation and refunds
Payment errors, cancellation requests and refund claims are handled under the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. That policy must be reviewed and approved before acceptance of new orders. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumers have under applicable law.
09 Educational information and outcomes
Learning outcomes vary with age, participation, background, and many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee marks, grades, selection in any competitive examination, admission to an institution, financial returns, or a particular career result. Materials on money, law, health or other real-world topics are educational introductions, not personal professional advice. See the Educational Disclaimer.
10 Service issues, complaints and governing law
For support or grievances, contact contactus@clearias.com or +91 9605741000. The operator should publish the appropriate grievance officer’s identity, designation, email and contact details before the policies go live.
These terms are interpreted under applicable Indian law. Where a dispute proceeds to a court or authority, jurisdiction and remedies are determined subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws.
11 Changes to terms
Updated terms should be published with an effective date. Changes affecting an existing paid enrolment must be handled fairly and consistently with the terms agreed at purchase and applicable law.
